Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across industries, business models, and ownership structures, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, founder-led brands, venture-backed startups, and everything in between. I’ve stabilized struggling businesses, helped startups navigate early challenges, and supported established brands through inflection points, reinvention, and transformation.
My early career was shaped at Ralph Lauren, where I held leadership roles across finance, operations, and sales. There, I learned how high-performing businesses scale, and what happens when critical pieces don't align. I later moved into business development and innovation roles at Universal Music Group, where I built a global apparel division from the ground up. That entrepreneurial drive led me to co-found two startups, and ultimately to start Three Pillars Advisory, where I step in as a trusted advisor, fractional CFO, and COO to organizations navigating change.
Across my work, I’ve steered iconic brands through post-bankruptcy relaunches, repositioned legacy companies for renewed growth, and transformed wholesale businesses into digital-first operations. I’ve guided teams through complex supply chain disruptions, operational restructurings, and capital constraints. And during my time at Ralph Lauren, I expanded brand reach through co-branded collegiate programs, Olympic partnerships, and the launch of new channels that strengthened brand positioning globally.
